La ciudad de Neuquén continúa dando pasos firmes en su Plan Orgullo Neuquino, con la pavimentación de 20 cuadras estratégicas que reforzarán la conectividad hacia Plottier. Los trabajos se concentran en calles claves como Punta de Indio, Pergamino y Chivilcoy, y forman parte de una iniciativa integral que busca modernizar los accesos y arterias principales de la capital provincial.
Alejandro Nicola, secretario de Infraestructura y Planeamiento Urbano, detalló que la primera etapa se está ejecutando en Pergamino y Punta de Indio, con unas 12 cuadras asfaltadas, mientras que otras tres cuadras se desarrollan hacia el sur, hasta llegar a Trenque Lauquen. “Comenzaremos la pavimentación desde Chivilcoy hasta Punta de Indio, y de Punta de Indio hasta Crouzeilles. Toda esta obra estará lista para la primera quincena de diciembre”, explicó el funcionario.
La intervención no solo contempla la pavimentación de estas calles, sino que busca integrar la red vial de la ciudad con las rutas que conectan con Plottier. Nicola remarcó que la meta es completar el tramo hasta Crouzeilles para dar continuidad a la obra de Chivilcoy, ya inaugurada, y mejorar la circulación en la zona oeste.
En una segunda etapa, se proyecta completar unos 300 metros adicionales de Pergamino hacia el sur, desde Chivilcoy hasta Trenque Lauquen, enlazando con la Bajada de Maida. Según el secretario, estas mejoras permitirán desviar el tránsito de manera más eficiente, aliviando la presión sobre calles de alto flujo y optimizando los ingresos a la ciudad.
El Plan Orgullo Neuquino también incluye la pavimentación de la Avenida Crouzeilles, donde ya se han completado más de 1.000 metros de los 3.000 previstos. En el área del hipódromo, entre Punta de Indio y Genco, se avanzó significativamente en cordón cuneta, movimiento de suelo y pluviales subterráneos, preparando el terreno para la pavimentación próxima.
Paralelamente, se trabaja sobre la calle Genco hacia Belgrano, con hormigonado de canales a cielo abierto, completando un conjunto de obras que sumarán un total de 80 nuevas cuadras de asfalto en el sector oeste de la ciudad. Además, en breve se conocerán las ofertas para pavimentar Crouzeilles desde Genco, Bragado y Maida, asegurando la conectividad directa con la Autovía Norte.
Estas acciones forman parte de un plan integral que no solo mejora la movilidad, sino que también busca optimizar la infraestructura urbana y fomentar la integración entre barrios y ciudades vecinas. La ejecución de estas obras se enmarca en la estrategia del gobierno local para fortalecer la red vial y garantizar mayor seguridad y eficiencia en los desplazamientos cotidianos.
