El Gobierno de la provincia de Neuquén confirmó que el viernes 31 de octubre se realizará el pago de los sueldos estatales correspondientes al mes en curso, tanto para trabajadores activos como pasivos. Ese mismo día también percibirán sus haberes los jubilados, pensionados y retirados del Instituto de Seguridad Social del Neuquén (ISSN).
El desembolso incluirá un incremento del 6,96%, correspondiente a la actualización trimestral por inflación, tal como fue acordado en las paritarias entre el Ejecutivo provincial y los sindicatos estatales. Con esta nueva suba, se mantiene la política de preservar el poder adquisitivo de los salarios públicos frente a la variación del Índice de Precios al Consumidor (IPC).
El Ministerio de Economía, Producción e Industria precisó que el aumento se aplicará a todos los sectores comprendidos en la administración pública: Consejo Provincial de Educación (CPE), Salud, Policía, Administración Central y organismos descentralizados.
Desde la cartera económica recordaron que, durante el primer trimestre del año, los agentes estatales recibieron una mejora del 9,73%, mientras que en el segundo trimestre la suba fue del 6,56%. Con el ajuste actual, el acumulado anual asciende a más del 23%, en línea con el esquema de recomposición salarial automática vigente desde 2023.
Este mecanismo, vinculado directamente a la evolución del IPC, fue resultado de un acuerdo paritario alcanzado con los principales gremios provinciales, entre ellos ATE y ATEN, con el objetivo de garantizar previsibilidad en los ingresos y evitar pérdidas frente al avance de la inflación.
Previsibilidad y compromiso con los trabajadores
Fuentes del Ejecutivo destacaron que el cumplimiento de los cronogramas de pago “responde a una política de previsibilidad financiera que la provincia mantiene de manera sostenida”, aun en un contexto nacional de alta volatilidad económica.
“El objetivo es seguir cumpliendo con los compromisos salariales y sostener la actualización por inflación que fue acordada con los sindicatos”, señalaron desde el Ministerio de Economía, al remarcar que el sistema de ajuste continuará aplicándose durante los próximos meses, conforme a lo establecido en los acuerdos vigentes.
De esta forma, Neuquén consolida uno de los esquemas de actualización más estables del país, lo que ha permitido evitar conflictos prolongados en el sector público y garantizar el cumplimiento mensual de los pagos.
A su vez, la continuidad del mecanismo paritario permite al Gobierno mantener un diálogo abierto con los gremios, quienes valoran que los ajustes salariales se realicen sin demoras y conforme a la inflación medida oficialmente.
Calendario y proyección
El cronograma del 31 de octubre alcanzará a todos los organismos provinciales, sin escalonamientos ni demoras, según confirmaron fuentes oficiales. La medida representa un desembolso significativo para el Tesoro provincial, que se sostiene gracias a una administración ordenada y a los ingresos derivados de la actividad hidrocarburífera, motor principal de la economía neuquina.
Con la mirada puesta en el cierre del año, desde el Gobierno adelantaron que el esquema de actualización automática continuará vigente durante el último trimestre, hasta la próxima revisión paritaria prevista para enero de 2026.
