Neuquén amaneció envuelta en una profunda conmoción. El Ministerio Público Fiscal confirmó este miércoles que el cuerpo hallado el martes en un canal de Valentina Norte Rural pertenece a Azul Mía Natasha Semeñenko, trabajadora de la Dirección Provincial de Protección Integral de las Violencias, desaparecida desde hacía más de una semana.
El resultado de la autopsia, realizado por el Cuerpo Médico Forense, permitió identificarla mediante pruebas genéticas y rasgos físicos coincidentes. La noticia generó una inmediata reacción entre trabajadores estatales, organizaciones sociales y colectivos feministas, que desde el inicio del caso habían exigido su aparición con vida.
Frente a la confirmación, la Asociación de Trabajadores del Estado (ATE) y la CTA Autónoma convocaron a un paro general en toda la provincia a partir de este jueves 16 de octubre, acompañado de movilizaciones y actos en reclamo de justicia y mayor protección para quienes se desempeñan en áreas sensibles del Estado.
“Estamos atravesados por un dolor inmenso. Azul era una compañera comprometida, una trabajadora del Estado, y su muerte nos interpela a todos”, expresó el secretario general de ATE Neuquén, Carlos Quintriqueo, al anunciar la medida de fuerza.
Un paro que se extiende y una investigación en marcha
El paro de ATE será por 24 horas y afectará a organismos provinciales, nacionales y municipales, con concentraciones en distintos puntos de Neuquén. En tanto, la CTA Autónoma, encabezada por Alfredo Marcote, extendió la convocatoria a 48 horas y exigió la intervención inmediata del Gobierno provincial para esclarecer el crimen.
“Azul fue víctima de un Estado que no la protegió. No puede volver a pasar. Exigimos justicia y responsabilidad política”, sostuvo Marcote.
La fiscal del caso, Sandra González Taboada, confirmó que los primeros resultados de la autopsia no mostraron signos de disparos ni heridas de arma blanca, aunque se aguardan pericias complementarias para determinar la causa de muerte. La investigación continúa bajo la hipótesis de femicidio, y la fiscalía trabaja junto a peritos del Instituto de Ciencias Forenses para reconstruir las últimas horas de la víctima.
Mientras tanto, organizaciones sociales, gremiales y feministas convocaron a una marcha provincial este jueves por la tarde frente a la Casa de Gobierno, donde se espera una masiva manifestación bajo una consigna unificadora: “Justicia por Azul”.
Duelo provincial y llamado a revisar las condiciones laborales
El Gobierno de Neuquén decretó dos días de duelo, el 16 y 17 de octubre, en memoria de la trabajadora estatal. Las banderas permanecerán a media asta en todos los edificios públicos y se guardará un minuto de silencio en los actos oficiales.
A través del decreto firmado por Zulma Reina, vicepresidenta primera de la Legislatura a cargo del Ejecutivo, el gobierno expresó su “más profundo pesar y firme condena” ante el presunto transfemicidio de Azul. También ratificó su compromiso de fortalecer políticas públicas que garanticen la erradicación de toda forma de violencia de género y discriminación.
Semeñenko trabajaba en la Dirección Provincial de Protección Integral contra las Violencias, un área que justamente se dedica a acompañar y asistir a personas en situación de vulnerabilidad. Su caso volvió a poner sobre la mesa la necesidad de implementar protocolos de resguardo, acompañamiento y prevención para quienes desempeñan tareas en contextos de violencia.
“Hoy el dolor se transforma en acción. No vamos a permitir que su muerte quede impune”, expresaron ATE y la CTA en un comunicado conjunto. Neuquén se prepara así para una jornada marcada por el duelo, la movilización y una consigna que atraviesa a toda la comunidad: “Justicia por Azul Semeñenko”.
