La discusión sobre las apps de movilidad no es nueva en Neuquén, pero este es uno de los primeros capítulos donde el municipio afirma con claridad que una plataforma está incumpliendo la ordenanza. La incorporación de taxistas a Cabify es uno de los datos que más llamó la atención dentro del esquema regulado.
