La previa de los premios Martín Fierro de Streaming, que se entregaron este domingo con transmisión de Telefé en conjunto con OLGA, quedó atravesada por un reclamo sindical y la posterior respuesta pública de Migue Granados. En un contexto donde el streaming se consolida como la “niña mimada” de los medios, el Sindicato Argentino de Televisión, Servicios Audiovisuales, Interactivos y de Datos (SATSAID) aprovechó la visibilidad del evento para denunciar irregularidades laborales en Luzu TV y OLGA.
Tras la difusión del reclamo, Granados salió a responder y negó de plano las acusaciones. “Es mentira todo lo que dicen. Me pegan, me pegan, me pegan y a mí no me gusta estar en esa postura empresarial en la que te dicen ‘negrero’”, afirmó el conductor y referente de OLGA, visiblemente molesto por las críticas. En ese sentido, defendió las condiciones laborales dentro del canal y rechazó cualquier forma de precarización.

Durante la transmisión de su programa, Granados aseguró que los trabajadores de Olga cuentan con los derechos básicos establecidos por la ley. “Vení a preguntarle a los trabajadores y vas a ver que tienen obra social, aguinaldo, horas extras y todo lo que vos estás diciendo que no”, sostuvo. Según Granados, el conflicto no estaría vinculado a la falta de derechos, sino a la negativa de parte del personal a afiliarse al sindicato.
Desde el SATSAID, en cambio, insisten en que la situación es distinta. El gremio que conduce Horacio Arreceygor denunció que en OLGA “se desconocen los convenios colectivos de trabajo vigentes” y que se recortan derechos elementales como el acceso pleno a obra social, vacaciones pagas y aguinaldo. Además, cuestionaron que la transmisión exclusiva del evento represente “un reconocimiento inmerecido” a una empresa que, según afirman, mantiene a más de un centenar de trabajadores en condiciones irregulares.
El sindicato también entregó una carta al presidente de APTRA, Luis Ventura, en la que detalló la situación laboral del personal de la señal de streaming. Desde la organización destacaron la predisposición de Ventura para visibilizar reclamos del sector en distintas premiaciones y recordaron que, a fines de septiembre, realizaron una movilización frente a las oficinas de OLGA, en el barrio porteño de Palermo, para denunciar que cerca de 80 trabajadores no cuentan con convenio colectivo.
Por último, el prosecretario gremial del SATSAID, Pablo Storino, remarcó que el conflicto con OLGA lleva meses sin avances. “Mantenemos a diario reuniones con los responsables de cada medio para aplicar el marco legal correspondiente, pero en el caso de OLGA sus directivos se niegan a discutir la correcta regularización del personal y el diálogo está roto”, afirmó.
Mientras tanto, el cruce entre el gremio y Migue Granados suma tensión a una gala que, lejos del glamour, expone las discusiones de fondo sobre el modelo laboral del streaming en la Argentina.
