La Municipalidad de Neuquén ha dado inicio a una de sus políticas públicas más esperadas: las colonias de vacaciones de verano. Desde el lunes hasta el viernes, infancias, adolescencias, personas adultas mayores y personas con discapacidad tienen un espacio dedicado para compartir, aprender y disfrutar. Más de 300 profesionales capacitados forman parte del amplio equipo de trabajo municipal que garantiza la calidad de estas actividades.
La secretaria de Jefatura de Gabinete, María Pasqualini, enfatizó la importancia de estas colonias, destacando que más de 3.000 participantes tendrán aseguradas actividades en clubes y campus. “Se destina un presupuesto importante para estas propuestas que son políticas de cercanía”, indicó. Pasqualini también mencionó que los cupos se agotan cada año, lo que refleja la creciente demanda de la comunidad.
Mauricio Serenelli resaltó que estas colonias no solo brindan recreación, sino también oportunidades de aprendizaje, y subrayó que son un éxito cada verano gracias a la gestión del intendente Mariano Gaido. Además, más de 350 profesionales están capacitados en RCP y manipulación de alimentos, asegurando un entorno cuidadoso y educativo para los participantes.
La inclusión y la accesibilidad son pilares fundamentales de este programa. Como es habitual, se organiza una colonia para personas con discapacidad, liderada por un equipo de psicólogos y profesores de educación física. Alejandro Palacios, subsecretario de Fomento y Desarrollo Deportivo, destacó que las colonias están disponibles para todas las edades, desde niños de 5 años hasta adultos mayores, reafirmando el compromiso del municipio con la igualdad y la inclusión. Además, se ofrece refrigerio y transporte gratuito para todos los participantes.
