El Parque Industrial de Neuquén presentado esta semana por el intendente Mariano Gaido ya estableció récord de reservas y ventas, superando todos los cálculos del sector inmobiliario local y nacional. Apenas cuatro días después de su presentación oficial, el movimiento de reserva de terrenos en el nuevo parque crecía hora tras hora. Un broker inmobiliario destacado del país con base en Neuquén señaló que "se vislumbra un gran momento para las empresas que pretenden consolidar su presencia en Vaca Muerta" y elogió cómo "el gobierno de la ciudad supo entender muy bien el momento y el tipo de demanda en un nicho de la oil and gas que hasta hoy no encontraba respuestas inmediatas y contundentes".
Lo que distingue al proyecto es que las obras comenzaron antes de abrir el registro para empresas interesadas. Según Gaido, el desarrollo nació junto con la ampliación del ejido urbano, permitiendo proyectar de manera conjunta el parque industrial, el parque solar, el complejo ambiental, el crecimiento urbano y el polo tecnológico. "No es una propuesta a futuro: las obras ya empezaron", enfatizó el intendente.
La primera etapa del megaproyecto contempla hasta 1.200 hectáreas, con capacidad para unas mil empresas. Para Gaido, esta planificación de seis años hoy se traduce en hechos concretos y no solamente en anuncios, consolidando a Neuquén como polo industrial y logístico en las regiones energéticas.
