El arquitecto Leopoldo Jauregui y el constructor Juan González cumplen hoy una promesa que hicieron hace 12 años: construir su propio edificio. ÓGA, el primer desarrollo que impulsan como socios a través de Goja Desarrollos, ya está en obra en Cipolletti y será entregado en octubre de 2028.
Se conocieron trabajando en una obra y con el tiempo se convirtieron en socios. Después de años de construir para terceros, decidieron dar el salto. "Dijimos como chiste: «En 10 años tenemos que hacer nuestro edificio». Pasaron los años, seguimos trabajando, hicimos edificios para terceros y el año pasado empezamos con los planos y todos los papeles. 11 años después estamos; le pifiamos por un año, pero acá estamos", recordó Jauregui entre risas.
La obra comenzó en febrero de 2026 y ya atraviesa la etapa en la que el hormigón marca la escala del edificio. El desarrollo tendrá alrededor de 2.700 metros cuadrados y combinará viviendas, oficinas y comercio: ocho monoambientes, 22 departamentos de un dormitorio, dos de dos dormitorios, tres oficinas en el primer piso, un local comercial, 20 cocheras y 10 bauleras. En total, el edificio reunirá 32 departamentos.
Jauregui, egresado de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata, lleva más de diez años proyectando y dirigiendo edificios en la región. González acumula experiencia en construcciones en altura y obras de distinta envergadura. "No somos paracaidistas. Nos dedicamos a esto. Hemos hecho edificios para otras empresas, conocemos lo que implica una obra desde el principio hasta el final y ahora quisimos hacer ese mismo recorrido, pero con un proyecto nuestro", explicó el arquitecto.
El proyecto está pensado con distintos usos desde el ingreso. En planta baja estará el local comercial, el acceso al edificio y el sector de cocheras. La entrada tendrá un hall de doble altura de unos seis metros. El primer piso estará destinado a tres oficinas profesionales.
