La negociación salarial en la industria del neumático sigue empantanada y el Sindicato Único de Trabajadores del Neumático Argentino (SUTNA) anunció un nuevo paro nacional, tras acusar de “dilaciones” y “mala fe” a las empresas FATE, Pirelli y Bridgestone.
La audiencia paritaria se realizó de manera virtual el 26 de diciembre en la Secretaría de Trabajo, pero terminó sin avances concretos. Allí, el secretario general del gremio, Alejandro Crespo, ratificó todas las medidas de protesta.
El reclamo del sindicato
Desde el SUTNA señalaron que el conflicto gira en torno al periodo salarial adeudado y a la falta de transparencia por parte de las empresas. El sindicato sostiene que las patronales intentan forzar una rebaja del salario real y condicionar la discusión paritaria sin demostrar la crisis que argumentan.
“Las empresas nunca presentaron documentación respaldatoria como balances contables que acrediten la crisis económica alegada, pese a estar obligadas por ley”, afirmaron desde el gremio. En ese sentido, denunciaron intentos de congelamiento salarial y de postergación en la resolución de las paritarias correspondientes a 2024 y 2025.
La postura empresaria
Del otro lado de la mesa, las empresas rechazaron las acusaciones de dilación y atribuyeron el estancamiento de la negociación a la “falta de entendimiento de la realidad económica” por parte del sindicato.
Además, plantearon un escenario crítico para la actividad, al asegurar que el sector funciona apenas al 50% de su capacidad instalada, una situación que —según las compañías— limita cualquier posibilidad de otorgar aumentos salariales.
Paro y movilización
Ante la falta de acuerdo, el SUTNA confirmó un paro total de 25 horas con movilización a la Secretaría de Trabajo, que se llevará a cabo desde las 13 del martes 30 de diciembre hasta las 14 del miércoles 31, en todas las plantas del país.
Desde FATE, una de las empresas involucradas, calificaron la medida como “intempestiva e ilegítima” y advirtieron que se reservan el derecho de iniciar acciones administrativas y judiciales, al considerar que los paros ponen en riesgo la continuidad productiva y la seguridad de planta.
El conflicto vuelve a tensar el cierre del año en uno de los sectores industriales más conflictivos, con posiciones aún muy alejadas y sin señales claras de una salida negociada en el corto plazo.
