El vicegobernador de Shandong, Zhang Haibo, encabezó una comitiva de funcionarios y empresarios que visitó Buenos Aires para explorar posibles acuerdos productivos. Hubo reuniones con el gobierno provincial y un paso por el parque industrial de Florencio Varela.
Reuniones en La Plata para reforzar vínculos
La provincia de Buenos Aires recibió a una delegación de Shandong, una de las regiones más pobladas y potentes de China, con 102 millones de habitantes. El ministro de Gobierno bonaerense, Carlos Bianco, fue el encargado de darles la bienvenida en La Plata.
Según Bianco, el encuentro sirvió para “promover la colaboración en áreas con potencial de desarrollo productivo, empleos de calidad y más oportunidades”. Desde la gestión de Axel Kicillof remarcaron que la idea es profundizar la relación con Shandong en temas estratégicos.
Shandong, ubicada en el este de China y con salida al mar, tiene un perfil económico fuerte: cultivos de trigo y algodón, explotación de oro y diamantes y uno de los yacimientos petrolíferos más importantes del país, el campo de Shengli. Además, SINOPEC anunció este año el hallazgo de más de 140 millones de toneladas de petróleo de esquisto, un dato que volvió más llamativa la agenda de la comitiva.
Visita a Florencio Varela y foco en el sector petrolero
Después del paso por La Plata, la delegación viajó a Florencio Varela, donde fue recibida por el intendente Andrés Watson y miembros de su gabinete. Allí recorrieron el parque industrial PITEC, con una agenda marcada por la energía y los servicios para hidrocarburos.
Los funcionarios y empresarios visitaron dos compañías locales:

ISI OilField Chemicals, dedicada al desarrollo de productos químicos para la industria petrolera

LCV – Las Chicas de Varela, especializada en servicios de geología e ingeniería para exploración y desarrollo de yacimientos
La recorrida apuntó a que los visitantes conozcan el entramado productivo local y analicen “la posibilidad de nuevas inversiones en el PITEC”, según explicó Watson.
Puentes en ciencia, minería y energías renovables
Aunque no hubo anuncios concretos, en ambos encuentros se abrió la puerta a futuros proyectos conjuntos. Bianco confirmó que hablaron sobre “la posibilidad de avanzar en la colaboración en ciencia y economía marítima, minería y energías renovables”.
Para Buenos Aires, la visita de Shandong significa una señal de interés desde una de las provincias más potentes de China y un guiño hacia el fortalecimiento de vínculos comerciales y tecnológicos. Para los municipios, en particular Florencio Varela, representa un primer paso para atraer inversiones productivas que puedan dinamizar su parque industrial y generar empleo.
