El gobernador Rolando Figueroa inauguró este martes un moderno edificio para la histórica Escuela 22 de Plaza Huincul, una institución con 129 años de trayectoria. Ubicada en el barrio Altos del Sur, la nueva infraestructura representa un gran avance para la educación en la provincia. Figueroa reafirmó el compromiso del gobierno de apoyar la educación en todos los rincones de Neuquén, destacando que se está trabajando para erradicar las aulas tráiler que han sido la norma durante años.
Durante el acto, el gobernador subrayó las políticas educativas implementadas, como el Plan de Becas Gregorio Álvarez y la significativa inversión en infraestructura escolar. Resaltó que al asumir su gestión, la provincia enfrentaba serias deficiencias, con 700 aulas en condiciones inadecuadas. Su meta es que, para finales de 2027, no queden aulas en condiciones precarias, asegurando un entorno de aprendizaje digno para todos los estudiantes.
La ministra de Educación, Soledad Martínez, destacó que el nuevo edificio es un prototipo único en la provincia, diseñado para resolver problemas educativos históricos. El intendente, Claudio Larraza, también se pronunció sobre la importancia de esta inauguración, recordando que la última construcción educativa en la localidaddata de más de 30 años. Con una inversión de más de 7.500 millones de pesos, el nuevo establecimiento cuenta con 14 aulas, un espacio multipropósito, y otras instalaciones que garantizan un ambiente educativo moderno y funcional para la comunidad.
